1. Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or not as described, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.

  • An unboxing video is required for claims related to damaged or incorrect items.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Used or physically damaged items

  • Products purchased on sale or discounted prices

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Opened consumables (e.g., inks, toners)

3. Refund Policy

If your return is approved, refunds will be issued as follows:

  • Cash Refund: 5–7 working days

  • Bank Transfer / Online Refund: 3–5 working days

  • Store Credit: Issued immediately

Note:

  • Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer unless the issue is from our side.

  • Refunds will not be approved for items damaged due to customer misuse.

4. Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange a product:

  • Exchange depends on stock availability.

  • The item must be in new condition, with original packaging and accessories.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned following our return policy.
